Plagiarism Policy

The IBT Journal of Business Studies strictly discourages any form of plagiarism and duplicate submissions. Authors are strongly advised to thoroughly check their article content before submitting it for publication. All manuscripts submitted to the IBT Journal of Business Studies undergo a similarity check using Turnitin, and the report is shared with the respective authors.

If plagiarism is detected by the editorial team or highlighted by reviewers at any stage before publication, the manuscript will be rejected. In cases where plagiarism is identified after publication, the article will be retracted immediately, and the respective author(s) will be notified accordingly.

Further, ILMA University as a publisher of IBT JBS and all its currently published journals or serials follows the HEC guidelines and codes of conducts on the Plagiarism policy as it is described by the Higher Education Commissions (HEC) Govt. of Pakistan.
